Designer, Bria Evans is a graduate from the Art Institute of Dallas. She obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design in September 2016. While in school, she had the opportunity to intern with Nine Muses Collection, as well as, participate backstage in Rhoda Sergeant Chamber’s Fashion Shows including D.I.F.F.A. and a Women’s Luncheon featuring Roberto Cavalli. Upon graduation, she moved back to my hometown of Beaumont, Texas where I decided to start working on my own clothing line, Dignified Women’s Apparel.
Dignified Women’s Apparel is inspired by the women in Bria’s life who she aspires to be. It is based on the scripture Proverbs 31:25, “She is clothed in strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” In recent months, she’s focused more on custom garments. However, the goal is to eventually start an online boutique, where her garments are manufactured; and from there, expand to have a store front.
